My life’s mission statement is to be “A passionate follower of Jesus Christ and a leader in life.” I try to live all aspects of my life by that mission statement and for the last year or so I have been on a journey of exploring at a deeper level what that means for me as the owner of Intentional Wealth.
To that effect, today I am thrilled to make 2 announcements / invitations as they pertain to Intentional Wealth:
Announcement / Invitation #1 (see attachment #1: Values based investing invitation)
I would like to officially announce the availability of an ESG strategy available with Intentional Wealth called faith-based investing (also known as Biblically Responsible Investing – BRI). This strategy seeks to accomplish 3 things with how funds are invested:
- Avoid – this investment portfolio seeks to avoid investing in companies whose values may not align with faith-driven investors
- Embrace – this portfolio will seek to invest in companies who are working to solve some of the world’s toughest challenges
- Engage – the companies that are invested in are engaged by the fund managers to hold them accountable to values-based standards
I am partnering with 9 different mutual fund & ETF companies who specialize in this strategy and have been able to build portfolios I am truly excited to share. Personally for me, for the majority of my life I have had a disconnect, unintentionally, between what I value and how I invest. It is so rewarding to have my own investments now aligned with my values and I want to make sure you can benefit from my hundreds of hours of work on this topic.

Announcement / Invitation #2 (see attachment #2: Hope Project 2022 Golf Tournament)
Intentional Wealth will once again be the title sponsor of the Hope Project International Golf Tournament. This is an incredible organization I have been so blessed to partner with for nearly a decade. The name Intentional Wealth was inspired by Matthew 6:21, where Jesus states “For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.” It is my prayer that the way I invest for my clients (and myself) and that the income Intentional Wealth generates are intentional and God honoring endeavors.
