As we are in the planning process for the year ahead, I would like to humbly ask you 2 questions:
- For our relationship to be more satisfying to you, what is the one thing I am not currently doing for you that you would most wish I would do?
- Is there one thing I do – that I seem to take as a matter of course – which you prefer I not do?
Please know that I ask these questions for one reason only: to serve you better, as you would wish to be served.
Please be as candid and frank as you care to be. It is very difficult to hurt my feelings 😊.
And if these 2 questions miss the point, please tell me what you wish I had asked you.
